Veoma ljubazno osoblje, svakog trenutka dosutpno za svaku informaciju i preporuku za šta obići(ture, plaže, restorani, rent a car. Dobra pozicija hotela u odnosu na plažu i restorane u blizini i u odnosu na druge destinacije koje svakako treba posetiti na Kritu, pre svega mislim na grad Hanju, plaže Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi. Bazen i spoljasnjost hotela, restoran na plazi kao i ostali restorani koji se nalaze u blizini mogu da ocenim sa najvecom ocenom. Besplatne lezaljke i ulazak na plažu.

Apartman je nov, izuzetno uređen sa lepom baštom u kojoj smo provodili vreme. U studiu pored su bili naši prijatelji, tako da nam je značilo da imamo prostor za druženje. Izuzetan utisak imamo za restoran Gramvoussa u selu, sa kritskom kuhinjom i prelepom sopstvenom baštom iz koje koriste povrće i voće.

Divan hotel, veoma prostrani i čisti apartmani. Veliki bazen. Lokacija je divna: blizu Hersonisosa za provod al opet u miru i prirodi, Lidl na 1km, veoma blizu prelepe plaže inače jedine na severu Krita zaklonjene od vetra i talasa. Čak ima i nudističku plaža u blizini ko voli. Svakako preporučujem.

Aparrman u kom smo mi boravili zvao se Avra.Apartman je bio čist,dovoljno velik za porodicu sa dvoje dece.Blizina plaže je na nekih 150-200m.Vlasnici apartmana su nas svakodnevno informisali o plažama u blizini kao i gde je dobro otici kada ima vetra na Kritu.

Prelep,mali hotel. Čist, odličan bazen i usluga u njihovom restoranu. Divan deo Hersonisosa, prava slika Krita. Oko hotela ima sve na bukvalno 1,2 min peške. Najbliža plaža 2.km,šetalište pored mora i glavna ulica sa radnjama, restoranima peške 15 min.

Lep kmpleks apartmana sa spoljnim zajednickim bazenom. Smesten je u mestu koje je udaljeno 10ak minuta od Hanije. Dobra polazna tacka za obilazak severo - zapadnog dela ostrva Krit. Cista i prostrana soba sa terasom. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno.

This place is fantastic for a real vacation. Quiet, private beach, pool, entertainment throughout the day. The food was amazing!! Staff is superb. Everyone with a smile on their face and really liking their jobs.

The Staff was warm and welcoming all over the property! They made my family and I believe they were just as happy we were to be there! There was never a bad meal and a variety of options to choose from. They ensured everyone was fed, even if a family came in a little after closing and that family received the same top notch service every other family did. The way the team cleaned non stop and nothing being out of place was extremely impressive and reassuring. They took everyone's health seriously and also pride in the property itself. I could go on and on, but this is by far the best resort my family has stay in, Ever! We will revisit in the future!

we loved everything about this lovely hotel, from the moment we arrived, and greeted by and given a tour by the even lovelier Sofia, to when sadly had to say our goodbyes to all the wonderful staff. such an elegantly designed hotel, attentive and big hearted helpful employees on a beautiful spot on one of the best islands on the planet! love Crete and now have a favourite hotel that I will certainly be visiting again!

Everything!!!😍 To be honest places like this are over our budget,so we saved money for this trip for a while and was a bit concerned if we choose a good accomodation to put our trust in because we did not know the place. But booking this place was the best choice we could make! The hotel itself is really new,clear and elegant from the inside and outside as well. There are many pools so you do not feel the crowd (sometimes we were alone in a whole pool). The beach is literally just around the corner so we were able to spend our whole day there while our room was just few steps away from it. At the beach there were king size beds with baldachin and sunbeds too. There were a toilet and a beach bar nearby to fulfill all of yours needs! Our room was small but it was perfect for us (2 people) and it was well-equipped, we had everything we needed. There was fresh bottled water provided daily and the cleaning ladies did a perfect job! Despite the fact we brought lots of sands in they made our room perfectly clean every single day, huge thank you for them from here as well! Also the rest of the staff were extremly kind,helpful, cheerful and just made our days always :) Thank you as well, I hope my words get back to you,because you are doing an amazing job! We also tried massage here. The hotel provides you a 10 minute free massage and we also add some extra minutes. It was also amazing, we felt incredibly relaxed and calm after it. I definitely recommend you to try it once you are there. We also recieved one romantic dinner next to the beach in the hotel's fine dining restaurant from the hotel. It was an amazing night with a perfect view and incredible dishes! And in the end I would like to emphasize the amazing quality and quantity of food! Everything was freshly made, we had lots of choices and our favourites could be found every day but they also add new dishes to the breakfast and dinner too, so you just could not get bored of it!
